Campaigns, templates, surveys

Blast if you must. Keep the replies.

Outbound campaigns can use an alphanumeric Sender ID; survey invites still use the company number. Replies become inbox conversations. Scheduling is one-off in the company timezone — not a recurring engine we do not have.

Contacts & templates

The list you send to lives in the product — import contacts, save templates, then pick a recipient list. Not a spreadsheet pasted into a blast box.

  • Contact book with import
  • Reusable message templates
  • Campaign recipient lists

Campaigns

A one-off send in the company timezone. Campaigns can use an alphanumeric Sender ID (business name style). Replies to the company number come back to the shared inbox, so a blast on the 04 still ends as a conversation the desk can answer.

  • One-off schedule in the company timezone
  • Alphanumeric Sender ID on campaign sends
  • Campaign codes
  • Personalisation: %name%, %label%, %number%, %service_number%
  • Auto final line: Reply STOP to opt out
  • STOP to the company 04 → company do-not-send list
  • Unsubscribed / DNS recipients are skipped
  • Not recurring. Not full spreadsheet mail-merge.

Binary Elements is an ACMA Certified Telco and Sender ID Agent — we help you register your alphanumeric Sender ID, then Campaigns send from that ID. Conversations stay on your business 04 — the number the whole team can answer. Sender ID in full →

Surveys

An invitation SMS from the company 04, a hosted form the contact opens. Quiet hours and a cooldown keep automated sends from piling on.

  • SMS invitation with hosted form at /s/[token]
  • Quiet hours in the customer timezone for automated sends
  • Per-contact cooldown
  • Completion webhook + optional email notify
