- Is there a public ¢ rate card?
- Desk bands, the included conversational bundle, campaign/overage cents, and extra users are published on this page and in the configurator. The live total is indicative (ex-GST), not a binding invoice. Campaign SMS is estimated at list 6.0¢; volume 5.0¢ and floor 4.5¢ apply on a sales quote when volume warrants. Inbound voice and BE AI agent replies sit on that quote.
- How do I start?
- Use the configurator, then Start trial / Create account. Self-serve signup provisions a trial number. A sales quote remains for number porting, inbound voice, BE AI agent, and anything the estimator does not cover.
- What is in the bundle?
- Each service number includes 1,500 SMS and 150 MMS per month. That allowance is conversational — replies and day-to-day desk traffic on the thread — not campaign blasts. Campaigns and anything over the bundle are metered.
- How many users are included?
- Fifteen portal users are included on the Desk. Extra users are $10 / user / mo.
- Can I port my existing number?
- Yes. Port your existing number onto BE Messaging. Porting is a sales quote, not part of self-serve trial signup.
- Minimum term?
- One month. Month-to-month after that.
- Where does screening fit?
- Outbound screening scores scam phrasing, risky links, and velocity inside the send funnel. Holds go to an admin queue. It is trust infrastructure, not a hero upsell.
- Where does data live?
- The product runs on Binary Elements infrastructure in Australia. Roles gate modules; API keys are shown once and stored hashed.
- STOP / opt-out?
- Every campaign SMS ends with “Reply STOP to opt out”. Texting STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to the company 04 adds that mobile to the company do-not-send list. Later campaign and survey sends to that number for that company are skipped. Conversational replies on the thread are not blocked.
