A customer sends a photo of the damaged gate, a quote they want signed, a receipt, or the code on the lockbox. That media arrives on the company 04 and opens in the shared inbox beside the SMS history — the same conversation the desk already owns. You reply with a picture from the library or the composer. It is two-way MMS on the business number, not a link farm or a staff handset.
